What it does
Write the same kind of content for many items: event listings, place descriptions, course summaries, or social posts for a list of topics. Prepare the data once as an entry set. When the workflow runs, each row's fields are sent to the AI Text node as "field: value" lines, and the node writes content for that row.
Who it is for
Marketing and content teams with a spreadsheet of products, places, or topics who need a first draft for each one.
What you need
An entry set in the project, created from a JSON array of objects or from CSV. Each row is one item; column names such as name, location, or highlights become the field labels the AI reads.
Steps on the canvas
- Entry Set (Dataset): choose the entry set to read. In a batch, this node passes on one row at a time.
- Generate Content (AI Text): writes content from the row's fields. To set a format, such as a 50-word listing plus three hashtags, edit the system prompt.
- Generated Content (Output): shows the text for that row.
Running it in batches
Choose an entry set on the Dataset node, save the workflow, and click Run batch. In the dialog, choose the first and last row, check the estimated credits and your balance, then start. Rows run one at a time, with progress and a Stop button, and the results are grouped under the batch in History. The regular Run button does not work with this template, because a single run has no dataset row to pass on.
