What it does
Give text you have already written a second pass: a product blurb, a newsletter intro, a social post, or an internal announcement. The AI Text node is instructed to make the text clearer and more engaging without changing what it says. If your project has a project context (brand voice, audience, writing rules), the node can include it automatically.
Who it is for
Marketers, editors, and small teams who write a lot of short copy and want a consistent first edit before a person reviews it.
What you need
The text you want to improve, typed or pasted into the Original Text node. Optional: a project context with your brand voice and writing rules, written in the project settings.
Steps on the canvas
- Original Text (Text Input): paste the draft you want to improve.
- Enhance Text (AI Text): rewrites the draft to be clearer and more engaging while keeping its meaning. To change the tone, length, or target channel, edit the system prompt in the Inspector.
- Enhanced Result (Output): shows the rewritten text, ready to copy.
Running it in batches
This template handles one text at a time. To improve many texts in one go, replace the Text Input node with a Dataset node, choose an entry set with one text per row, save the workflow, and click Run batch. The workflow runs once per row, and each row's result is grouped under the batch in History.
